Questions

Are my images uploaded?

No. They are read and processed by your browser and never sent to a server.

Which files can I use?

JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF. For animated GIFs only the first frame is used. Very large images (over about 16 megapixels) or files over 40 MB may fail, especially on phones.

What if I enter both width and height?

With aspect ratio kept, the image fits inside that box. Untick it to stretch to the exact size.

Does it keep my format?

Yes for JPG, PNG and WebP. GIFs are saved as PNG.
